The Marketing and Communications Plan has the objective to guide the Medialink client in the definition of strategies and communication tools with its relationship ecosystem (stakeholders), such as clients, partners, suppliers, employees and the press.
The plan is developed with a methodology that foresees four phases: gathering knowledge about the company, internal vision (employees), external vision (clients, partners, etc.) and business scenario.
The Strategic Communications Plan presents in objective and practical form:
- Business scenario of the market where the company works;
- Company’s Strategy;
- Internal Vision versus External Vision;
- Communication Objectives;
- Communication Strategy with ecosystem;
- Tools to be used.
